Geek & Gorgeous 101 A-Game 10 0.1% Retinal Serum (30ml) is a silky, light emulsion serum formulated with a high-strength amount of Retinal to help combat the classic signs of skin ageing. Suitable for use on all skin types, especially combination and oily skin, this serum addresses a range of skin concerns including wrinkles, loss of firmness and pigmentation.

Retinal is more readily converted to the active form Retinoic Acid than Retinol and is estimated to convert more than 10x faster than retinol, making it the most readily effective member of the Retinoid or Vitamin A family. When converted, Retinal supports the skin cells in producing more Collagen and other structural elements, making the skin appear youthful, firm and elastic. Additionally, it accelerates the renewal process of the upper skin layers making it smoother and more even. A-Game is an anti-ageing essential but can also be used as an adjacent product for fading pigmentation, as well as helping acne-prone skin. Free from fragrance, colourant, gluten and alcohol. Cruelty-free & vegan-friendly.

Key Ingredients:

  • Retinal (0.1%) - an anti-ageing ingredient which is the direct precursor of Retinoic Acid.
  • Allantoin and Panthenol - an ingredient duo renowned for their skin soothing and skin protecting abilities.
  • Biosaccharide Gum-1 - a carbohydrate molecule with skin-soothing and moisturising properties, and makes A-Game even more gentle and silky.

Directions of use:

  • Apply a pea-sized amount to the face in the evening.
  • As part of your evening routine, apply liquid and gel-type products first before A-Game. Follow with a moisturiser.
  • Wear a sunscreen of SPF30 or greater in the morning.
  • If you are using A-Game 10 for the first time, phase in application starting at 2-3 times per week for two weeks. If well-tolerated, move up to every other evening in two weeks and finally - if your skin tolerates it - every night. Do not use it around the eye area.
