Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Double-check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@shwholesale.co.uk with details.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
